Wanting to vs Being Able To

So, recently I was asked if I wanted to work, and my answer was: "Yes, I do."

Well, wouldn't you know it that after said conversation, I've been bombarded with seizure after seizure. Is this my bodies way of telling me "No"? I try to rebel, but some days it's hard to even get out of bed, because I'm either in pain, or the world is spinning. SO ANNOYING...
